Sometimes it is easier for us to understand your concern if you can show us the issue, rather than trying to explain it over the phone or in an email. And, of course, showing you the solution or implementing it directly is much easier than trying to talk you through, sometimes complicated, directions over the phone.
In most cases, rather than having to send a technician to your location, our Remote Support service allows us to control your computers remotely, as if we were sitting right in front of it. In exceptional circumstances, we can even do this out of normal office hours, once you have gone home.
If you have signed up for one of our on-going support packages, this will be included in the price.
